
A New Face!
iSkin.com has a new look!
This project has been brewing for quite some time now, and in between product launches and seasonal promos, it finally pushed forth! (Cut the ribbon - yey!)
The new site has a lot of great enhancements and it lets us connect the roster of new products better to you, our community! (We're prepping to launch VERY SOON, and yes the new iPad and BlackBerry cases are part of it!)
We also juiced some pages.
1. Homepage
- Rolling Icons - From time to time we change and add promos and announcements through the front page; but with a limited real estate (before), it was like trying to fit ten or so furniture in a small room. Well now, the room just got bigger! And we invite you to visit from time to time because the 'furniture' we were planning to plant before... we let's just say you can take advantage of the new seating.
- Stay Connected - Our Twitter and Facebook communities are vibrant and filled with interesting chatter. We also share a lot of info and incentives through these streams and we'd love for you to join in the fun!
- Shop Online - What was once a mere menu name in our top tab is now a button (Yey! lol). We thought about making our Online Store more prominent and came up with this simple visual solution.
2. Customer Service
- Make an Inquiry - NEW! Facilitates easier feedback from you folks. Whether it's about a product order, about our products, the website or any other thing you want to ask about, this feature opens the platform for us to communicate electronically - faster!
- Check Order Status - We heard your comments about self-checking the status of your iSkin.com order, and created a more prominent and streamlined solution online.
- Change/Cancel and Order - We have always stood by our products, and while we may miss here and there in other areas, we know we make some of the toughest, longest-lasting (and sexiest) cases out there. So much that if something you bought at iSkin.com does not meet your expectation, we'll gladly exchange or refund what you got. (Conditions, of course, apply.)
- FAQs - We know, we know. It's really tedious to read them. It's filled with information and you only have a minute to look for one answer (such is the revolution that Google started). Well we re-crafted the information and infused the one thing other companies, we found, missed: common sense. (If all else fails, pick up the phone.)
2. Reseller
- Report a Fraud - NEW! We know there are imitations of our designs there (with possibly half the lifetime vs. our patented products) and we know you've seen them. We do enforce infringements and we hope to start a sense of empowerment among our community - a neighborhood watched is a safe one.
- Reseller / Affiliate Marketer Signup / Recommend - Our products are sold in over 80 countries and hundreds more in the world wide web. We have some of the best engineered products and incentives, and if you - or someone you know - would like to be a part of our network, this page makes it easier now.
